Come and join us in Meeting House Square in Temple Bar on the 27th, 28th & 29th of May and help us celebrate Summer at our Urban Picnic Party. Musical entertainment will be provided by some of this year's 'Rising Stars', the Soul Festival DJ's and special guests.

To celebrate the 4th annual Dublin City Soul Festival we've teamed up with Temple Bar Cultural Trust, the Irish Music Rights Organisation and Ireland's only Irish owned Brewery, the Porterhouse Brewing Company to bring you 3 days of amazing music in an intimate, urban Picnic style as part of Rising Stars 2010 - the global search for the best emerging artists!

Following 6 months of intensive searching we are proud to present a selection of the top 'Rising Stars' in Meeting House Square on May 28th.
